Description
Respondent's acts or omissions create a situation that necessitates DHS to issue a license condition. That is because of the severity and number of citations and that the facility's failures resulted in serious harm. DHS determined the imposition of a license condition is warranted. In addition, DHS finds that the residents of the facility are at risk of immediate jeopardy. That is because the facility's failure to comply with DHS' rules has caused or is likely to cause serious injury, serious harm, serious impairment, or death to a resident or residents. DHS further concludes that this finding of immediate jeopardy is likely to present an immediate jeopardy to future residents upon admission. Terms include 1) ROA; 2) Administrative/RN Consultant; 3) Abuse Reporting training; 4) Role of the RN; 5) Mandatory activity director/staff hours; 6) Medication/Pharmacy Audit; and 7) Reporting requirements.
