Findings
On or about June 18, 2018, Alleged Victim's (AV's) provider wrote a prescription for blood pressure medication with parameters. From approximately June 18, 2018 through October 10, 2018, there were numerous inaccurate administrations of the medication placing AV at risk for serous harm. The facility failed to administer a medication as ordered which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
