Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) is scheduled to receive his/her narcotic pain medication every night. AV's prescribing medical professional completed an urinalysis concluding that AV was not receiving his/her medications as prescribed. AV did not appear to show any signs of pain or discomfort due to not receiving his/her medications. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
