(A) For the purposes of these rules, Neglect means the active or passive failure to provide the basic care or services necessary to maintain the health and safety of an adult, when that failure: (i) Results in physical harm, significant emotional harm, unreasonable discomfort, or serious loss of personal dignity to the adult.AP neglected AV as defined in OAR 4110200002(1)(b)(A)(ii) by failing to administer medications to AV as ordered, which resulted in risk of serious harm.
