APS is assigned due to AP1 neglecting AV as defined in OAR 4110200002 (1)(b)(A)(i)(ii) by failing to provide AV with basic care and services and mismedication management resulting in AV's medications being taken by AP2 causing AV to miss 5 dosages of pain medication resulting in pain.
