Findings
APS is assigned due to AP neglecting AV as defined in OAR 4110200002 (1)(b)(A)(i)(ii) by failing to provide AV with basic care and services by not properly treating AV's cut on h/h foot and by not seeking medical attention and follow up care, resulting in AV being transported to the ER due to having an open wound on h/h toe, a blood blister on another toe, and a black spot between h/h toes that may lead to an amputation.
