- On or about May 27, 2019, Alleged Victim (AV) had money taken from his/her room. Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) admitted to taking AV's money. AP2's actions are considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
