Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned for assistance with medication administration. On or about May 26, 2019, AV was given another resident's medications putting AV at risk for serious harm. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
