Findings
According to documentation, the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) wrongfully took medication that belonged to the Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure proper review and audits according to known theft of medication, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
