Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, narcotic documentation, and record keeping procedures which resulted in Alleged Victim (AV) not getting his/her medication as ordered. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The allegation that Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to administer AV's medication as ordered was investigated and determined no wrongdoing.
