Findings
Alleged Victim's (AV's) medication to treat high blood pressure was changed on or about June 7, 2019. From approximately July 16, 2019 through July 30, 2019, AV received the incorrect dose of his/her medication to treat his/her high blood pressure putting AV at risk for serious harm which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
