Findings
On or about September 22, 2019, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to give the Alleged Victim his/her pain medication as ordered. AP2 signed that he/she gave the medication, however, did not actually return to AV to dispense the medication, causing AV undue pain and suffering due to missing a routine pain medication. AP2's actions are considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
