Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) has a known history of spilling drinks on his/her self and is care planned for finger foods. On or about September 29, 2019, AV was given a hot cup of soup as a part of their evening meal. AV spilled the soup on his/her lap causing burns that blistered on both legs. The facility failed to assure food safety according to AV's abilities which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
