Findings
Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was aware of the facility policy that prohibited staff from accepting gifts from residents. AP2 admitted accepting cash from Alleged Victim (AV) sometime in May 2019. AP2's action is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
