Findings
According to documentation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) borrowed approximately $600.00 from the Alleged Victim (AV) admitted to taking the money and paying part of the funds back. AP2 is responsible for financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect Resident #1 from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
