Findings
The facility failed to administer medication as directed to the Alleged Victim. He/she went without his/her medication for 4 days. There was no harm to the AV, however, there was a risk of serious harm by not providing medication as ordered. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
