Findings
Under prior ownership, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) and the Facility filed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim's (AV) medications were administered as ordered. The failure resulted in AV experiencing continued inflammation following surgery and requiring another medication to be ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
