Findings
The facility failed to assure the Alleged Victim (AV) was safe when he/she called for staff assistance due to an unknown visitor in his/her room. The failure resulted in AV feeling unsafe and emotional discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
