Findings
Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) failed to follow enter the Alleged Victim's (AV) pain medication into the AV's MAR, causing AV to miss his/her dosage of pain medication, causing undue pain and suffering. AP2's actions are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse. The facility failed to ensure a safe medication administration system. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
