Findings
The facility failed to assure the Alleged Victim (AV) received timely medical treatment, according to doctor's orders, to float his/her foot due to known skin injuries. The failure resulted in AV continuing to be observed with his/her heel pressed against the bed frame causing continued discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
