Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system and ensure the Alleged Victim's medications were administered as ordered. The failure resulted in AV received scheduled narcotics hours early and too close in proximity to the prior dose placing him/her at risk of harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
