Alleged Victim (AV) was not administered his/her anticoagulant medication from November 21, 2019 through November 24, 2019, due to the medication not being available causing AV's INR to be lower than the goal range. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
