- Alleged Victim (AV) requires facility assistance with medication management. Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) and Alleged Perpetrator 3 (AP3) signed controlled medications out on the controlled sheet but did not document them has given on the MAR on several different occasions. AP2 and AP3's misappropriation of AV's medications is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a medication administration system that prevents theft or misuse, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
