Findings
On or about January 11, 2020, Alleged Victim (AV) was discharged from the hospital with orders for scheduled pain medication and anti-constipation medication beginning January 13, 2020. The facility did not administer AV's anti-constipation medication on January 13th and January 14, 2020. AV was in pain and subsequently hospitalized, and was found to be constipated. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
