- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) works at the facility but does not provide direct care to residents. On or about January 22, 2020, Alleged Victim (AV) accused AP2 of taking a bag of empty cans AV collects to return for the deposit. AV was searing and yelling at AP2. AP2 left the area for a bit and then returned to his/her housekeeping duties. AV again approached AP2 and started swearing and yelling at AP2. AP2 went into the medication room to ask care giving staff to check AP2's care to prove AP2 did not have the cans. AP2 was told to stop arguing with AV. AP2 went to the housekeeping room to clean the mop. When AP2 came out of the housekeeping from AV was outside the door and again started yelling and cussing at AP2. AP2 and AV were arguing again and AP2 called AV a derogatory name. AP2's actions are considered verbal/emotional abuse. The facility failed to intervene and redirect AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
