Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) requires staff to administer his/her medication. On or about January 18, 2020, AV was not administered his/her blood sugar regulation medication due to the facility running out of the medication. AV did not have any negative symptoms related to the missed dose. The facility failed to administer a medication as ordered putting AV at risk for serious harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
