Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system and ensure the Alleged Victim's medications were administered as ordered. The failure resulted in AV going approximately 4 days without his/her necessary antibiotics causing his/her medication condition to continue and worsen, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
