Findings
The facility received a medication order on or about November 20, 2019, for eye drops. The medication order was not processed properly and Alleged Victim (AV) went without the medication in question until it was discovered on or about February 8, 2020. AV did not suffer any negative outcomes due to the medication error. The facility failed to administer a medication as ordered which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
