Findings: The facility failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from verbal abuse, knowing of the Alleged Perpetrator 2's (AP2) prior verbal altercation with the AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. On or about February 13, 2020, AP2 verbally abused AV and his/her actions are considered abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-02301 $1125.00 fine assessed
