Findings
The Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) wrongfully took medication from the Alleged Victim's room after his/her passing. According to documentation, approximately 68 pills were located at AP2's home and s/he admitted to taking the medication. AP2 is responsible for financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV's belongings from theft, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
