Between February 1, 2020 and February 24, 2020, the facility failed to correctly administer Alleged Victim's (AV) medication to treat his/her anxiety and aggression. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system for AV is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
