Findings
On or about March 2 - March 6, 2020, the facility failed to provide needed pain medication for the Alleged Victim (AV). AV suffered a fall on March 1, 2020 and on March 2, 2020, AV was transferred to the Emergency room due to back pain from the fall. He/she returned from the ER and went without pain medication from March 2, 2020 until March 6 2020, causing undue pain and stress to him/her. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
