Findings
On or about March 9, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to administer Alleged Victim's (AV) pain medication as ordered resulting in AV's condition worsening. AP2's actions is neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for Alleged Victim (AV) which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
