Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for all aspects of medication management. On or about March 7, 2020, the facility ran out of AV's narcotic pain medication due to not ordering a refill timely, causing AV unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to have medications available, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
