Findings: The facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim's (AV) care plan to keep his/her door locked to keep residents from entering his/her room. On or about March 22, 2020, AV and W1 had an altercation when W1 entered AV's room and tried to choke AV and staff intervened. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00902 $375.00 fine assessed
