Findings
The facility failed to provide medication to the Alleged Victim (AV) as ordered from approximately February 28, 2020 until March 3, 2020 causing AV unreasonable discomfort. AV had to be transferred to the hospital for treatment. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
