Findings
On or about February 2020, and unknown Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) took some jewelry from the Alleged Victim (AV), which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV's possessions from theft. This failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
