Findings
On or about April 8, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) was found to have possession of 4 rings belonging to the Alleged Victim. AP2 is responsible for theft of jewelry, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV's belongings from theft. The failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
