Findings
On or about April 5, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) went into Alleged Victim's (AV's) apartment. AV only requires assistance during the night if he/she uses the call button. AV discovered money missing from his/her room after AP2 was asked to leave. AP2's actions are considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
