Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) is dependent on facility staff to apply a medicated ointment. On or about April 21, 2020 through April 23, 2020, the facility applied the medicated ointment one time daily instead of the two-four times a day as indicated in his/her service plan. The facility failed to provide medical treatment as prescribed causing AV unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
