Findings: The facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim's (AV) care plan to keep AV at arms length from other residents. On or about April 28, 2020, AV and Witness #4 (W4) had an altercation, neither resident was injured. AV has a long history of being the aggressor in altercations and the interventions put in place are not sufficient to keep AV from having altercations. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00907 $375.00 fine assessed
