Findings
The facility failed to administer medication as ordered to ensure the safety of the Alleged Victim (AV). On or about April 22, 2020, the facility was advised by the pharmacy that they would not deliver AV's medication as the pharmacy bill had not been paid. There is no documentation from April 22, 2020 to May 10, 2020 showing that the facility tried to get AV's medications in time so AV would not miss his/her medication. On May 10, 2020, AV ran out of his/her medication and went without his/her medication for 10 days, placing him/her at risk for serious harm. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
