Findings
On or about March 1, 2020, Alleged Victim (AV) reported twenty one missing narcotic pain medications. The medications were taken by an unknown person which is considered financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
