Findings
On or about May 30, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) had been suspected of using alcohol on the job and was directed to leave the facility. AP2 returned to the facility after being asked to leave. AP2 engaged in inappropriate verbal speech directed at Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 also got close to AV's face while talking to AV making AV feel uncomfortable. AP2's behavior is considered verbal abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from verbal abuse which is a violation of Oregon Administrative rules.
