Findings
The facility failed to intervene with the Alleged Victim (AV) experienced a change in condition. The failure resulted in the AV going approximately 6 days with a UTI prior to receiving medical care and then did not receive all medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
