Findings
The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for Alleged Victim (AV) which resulted in AV not getting his/her medication as prescribed by AV's doctor. An investigation determined that AV missed his/her evening medication on July 10, 2020, his/her morning and evening medication on July 11, 2020, and his/her morning and evening medication on July 12, 2020. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
