Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) stores and self administers his/her own medications. On or about June 30, 2020, AV left his/her medication out on a chair while leaving his/her apartment and when he/she returned the medication was missing. The medication was taken by an unknown facility staff and is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from a loss of property which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
