Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) manages his/her own medications. On or about July 28, 2020, AV left his/her pill organizer in his/her room and the pill organizer went missing. The pill organizer was taken by an unknown facility staff person which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from his/her property being taken which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
