Findings
According to documentation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) inappropriate language toward and in front of the Alleged Victim(AV). AP2 admitted to having talked to AV with inappropriate language, and his/her actions are considered verbal/emotional abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
