Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) had checks taken from his/her room at the facility. It is believed they were taken by Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2), an unknown employee of the facility. AP2's actions are considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
